Yes, we can travel anywhere within the U.S. with enough time to prepare! We do request that travel, accommodation, meals, and transportation costs are reimbursed, but we’ll handle all the details to ensure we’re there to capture your special day, wherever it may be.
Our Process
Initial Consultation
We’ll discuss your date, venue, and the type of content you need. We’ll answer your questions and ensure every detail is captured. If you’d like, we can also provide an initial quote to help fit our services into your budget.
Proposal Acceptance
After our discussion, we’ll present a proposal. Once approved, we’ll proceed with contract signing and a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Final payment is due 15 days before your date, ensuring everything is ready so you can focus on celebrating.
Discovery Call/Meet
We’ll dive into your love story and personal style during our call or meeting, tailoring our services to your vision. A follow-up is scheduled one month before your wedding to finalize details and keep everything on track.
On The Day
We’ll work seamlessly with your photo/video team, introducing ourselves to ensure everyone is comfortable. Our aim is to discreetly capture candid moments, so we won’t disrupt the flow of your day.
Delivery
Within 24-72 hours, we’ll provide your content via Google Drive, available for download for up to 4 weeks. For an additional $20, we can provide a USB drive with all your files.
